[SLIX Discuss] Delong outage Thursday 11th 1am-4am MDT

The switch at Delong will be going down Thursday at 1am to accomplish the following tasks. 1. Move AC power to UPS to compensate for lack of AC backup by Level3. 2. Upgrade UTOPIA-IX to 10Gb 3. Upgrade firmware on th EX4550 switch to patch an LACP bug. Estimated time to completion is 30 minutes, but we're keeping a window open until 4am.
