Are there issues with the SLIX fabric?
Seeing a lot of sessions bouncing and can’t reach Hurricane

UTOPIA had latency issues this morning on their 1Gb SLIX connection,
not due to congestion. He.net has turned down until they can be
resolved, although the UTOPIA connection to SLIX is completely
offline at the moment.
