The switch at EdgeConnex is unreachable right now, as is EdgeConnex
themselves. Trying to rectify. This affects Cloudflare & Twitch
peering to SLIX.

This was resolved at 01:25AM MST last night. The UTOPIA switch handling
the transit to EdgeConnex had issues.
