On 08/02/19 from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m UTOPIA will be performing
maintenance which will take down SLIX connections at Social Hall and
EdgeConneX. Everyone connected through the two facilities will
experience downtime while the fiber is spliced to new cables.

I'll be migrating the connection UTOPIA has to SLIX to new equipment on 07/26 between 1-5am. Peers who connect to SLIX via UTOPIA will have a connectivity interruption for a few minutes.

I am going to schedule a reboot of the Social Hall C7 switch tonight at
3:00AM. It appears to be having an issue with VLAN leaking to a new
peer and another is having problems with excessive broadcast traffic
since the loopback. It has been up for 1042 days, so it is probably
time to freshen the OS and reboot it anyway.
Problem interface is disabled and removed from the vlan. We are seeing no other issues. Where is your traffic sourcing from?
